old antique DM LYON CARPENTER LEVEL TOOL inclinometer? good vials

28 inch DM Lyon antique level.  Only the wood is marked with DM Lyon.   All three vials are ok.  The circular ones are inclinometers?  They are not graduated at all.
No owner marks, some light marks and dings from use.
Brass was probably cleaned in the past.
