It consists of a black dress with scalloped flyer skirt and mesh longsleeves and yoke, an embroidered celtic motif is on the front of the bodice and the sleeves have an elastic fingerloop, the foil spandex circle skirt is a separate but included item [I have extra of the circle skirts if you needed to create a different color, listing
