    I have only one of these pretty little tulle ballet skirts. I think it must be a designer sample as a designer style number is written on the inside size tag. The top skirt is a striped pattern in pink and yellow with silver dots and hologram stars and the 2 other layers are yellow tulle. Small child is the size which fits a girls size 4-6. BT 211
