    Description

    This is a really old NATIVE AMERICAN handmade basket. By the style I would say it was made in the NORTHEAST, possibly Maine. It is an unusual square size 10” x 10”. The delicate splints are in great shape, I see only a few with breaks, however a few of the porcupine designs on top edges have broken off. Still, it is in really good condition for its age.
