The multi-use multi-grip medicine balls have a textured rubber exterior for optimal grip while exercising. Designed to bounce, the medicine ball is great for wall bounces, bounce passes, and Russian twists. The ergonomic handles provide extra grip strength training and provide more ways to exercise. Not only is the piece of equipment great for sports conditioning, strength training, and physical therapy, it is great for a myriad of different exercises.
The monochromatic look will fit in with existing equipment for a seamless look in your workout room or gym. The easily identifiable weight indicators are provided in both imperial and metric measurements. Available singly in 12 pounds to 20 pounds in 2-pound increments so you can have a complete set (other weights sold separately).
