Chtysler, Desoto Banjo Steering wheel

Description

Chtysler, Desoto Banjo Steering wheel part # 694142 and it has the Mopar P/D/D/C marking.
I can't find this part number in any of my parts books. For some reason the don't list steering wheels.
But in the book "Steering Wheels and Dashboards" by Don Narus I do find pictures of this wheel listed for a
1939 DeSoto and the 1940 Chrysler.
The center hub was colored to match the steering column and the outside of the wheel was colored to match the interior color.
As noted this piece needs to be restored as there are several major cracks, especially in the hub. Please review the pictures in detail.
Please understand that most of the parts I sell are over 30-40 years old. Even though some may be NOS parts they still may have some shelf wear, and subsequently have a scratch or some scuffing. They are not leaving here in perfect condition, but if they are not perfect, they will always be a good restorable part.
