Need a vehicle for the winter? You found it! AWD system works well and handles the snow like no vehicle I’ve ever owned. Most things work on it, but it is a 20 year old BMW with a quarter million miles on it and it’s not perfect.
Check engine light is on due to thermostat being stuck open, so engine runs a little cooler than it normally would. Hasn’t affected performance or fuel mileage. Gets about 21 MPG on the highway and is a nice driver.
Button on the rear trunk lid doesn’t work, so need to pop it with interior button or the remote.
It has some exterior cosmetic defects as well, but nothing major.
I’m probably forgetting some other minor thing, but otherwise it’s a decent vehicle.
If you’re wanting a decent second vehicle to drive for the winter, you found it.
