1967 Honda CA

Up for auction is my 1967 305cc Honda Dream. This motorcycle was owned by the same family for over 50 years. I have had the pleasure of owning this classic motorcycle for the last 2-1/2 years. It starts easily, runs well, and idles well. I am selling the bike because I am thinning out my collection to make room. It has a Motoblatt AGM battery. The unique thing about this motorcycle is its authentic Buco windshield and saddlebags from the 1960's. These are extremely hard to find, period correct accessories from the 1960's. The two-tone windshield has some minor scratches and the chrome on both the windshield and the saddlebag fasteners has some pitting. The saddlebags were originally white but the previous owner painted them black many years ago to match the bike. Some of the black paint has started to flake off as shown in the pictures. The right original exhaust is in very good condition. The left exhaust has a repair as shown in the picture. There is a small crack on the rear fender where the grab rail attaches. The inside of the tank is in amazingly good condition for a bike of this age. The bike also has additional 1960's accessories including driving lights, front and rear chrome fender guards, and rear seat grab rails making this a 'full dress' touring bike. The tires have good tread but they also have weather cracking from age. The original paint shows 'spidering' in a few places and has minor chips and scratches as expected from a 54 year old bike. The chrome rims have some rust. The original seat cover is in very good condition. Please check the pictures closely and ask questions before bidding.
