Here up for sale is a original Pontiac V-8 421 H.O. NASCAR PREPARED Oil Pan. This Large Capacity Oil pan has a height of 8-1/4 inches and the botton dimention is around 10 inches square. This Pan came with a 1963 421 SUPER DUTY BLOCK I purchased (not Included in this Auction) that was said to have been prepared by Ray Nickels
for a 421 Super Duty High Performance H.O. ENGINE
.  The block that it came with has
NASCAR
upgrades to confirm  this story . Could this pan be the same pan that was fabricated by Ray for the #50 1963 Lemans Tempest that Paul Goodsmith ran when he blew away all those cars at the 1963 Nascar Speedweek event at
Daytona
. Also you can see the raised rib towards the front to clear the 4 bolt main caps. Note the threaded port at the rear of the pan?    This Pan  will fit all Pontiac v-8 Engines from 1961-1963 MAYBE OTHERS BUT YOU BE THE EXPERT..
