    Description

    A completely restored 1938 Buick steering wheel.  The rim has been professionally recast about a year ago and has never been used.  I had the chrome on the steering wheel, horn ring, horn button and bezel redone and it's never been used.  It's about as good as it gets for a 83 year old piece.
